24 orchidee / 24 orchids

Ieri sono andato vicino al lago Maggiore dal mio amico Tullio Zenone che mi ha riempito un furgone di rami di pino argentato per fare gli addobbi natalizi. Come vuole la nostra tradizione è un lavoro che aspettiamo fino all'ultimo a fare...Oltre agli addobbi mi ha procurato 24 orchidee. Di ritorno sono poi passato dalla Val Cerrina vicino a Casale Monferrato da un altro amico che mi ha dato 1 etto di tartufi bianchi...Nell'immagine qua sopra le orchidee nel bar in attesa di essere distribuite nelle camere. Le orchidee che troverete nelle camere sono di una specie unica e si distinguono dalle altre per il loro profumo: sanno di tartufo!

Yesterday I visited my friend Tullio Zenone near Lake Maggiore, who filled my van with branches of silver pine for our Christmas decorations.
